1. Binding Agreement & Quote Acceptance

By accepting a quote, booking an appointment, or checking the acknowledgment box during scheduling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance may occur through:

  • Quote approval

  • Checkbox confirmation

  • E‑signature

  • Booking confirmation

This forms a binding agreement between you and Simply Zen Exterior Services for Exterior Cleaning and Mobile Detailing services.

2. Service & Scope

Exterior Cleaning

  • Services are performed using eco‑friendly detergents and calibrated pressure or soft‑wash settings.

  • Organic buildup may require multiple treatments; full stain removal is not guaranteed.

Mobile Detailing

  • Services include interior, exterior, or full‑service detailing as described in your package.

  • Heavy pet hair, sand, glitter, or excessive debris may require additional time or fees.

  • Full removal of odors, stains, or smoke smell is not guaranteed.

Additional services must be requested in writing and may require a revised quote.

3. Client Access & Preparation

Exterior Cleaning

  • Provide clear access to all work zones.

  • Ensure water and electricity are available.

  • Remove furniture, décor, plants, mats, and fragile items.

  • All windows and doors must be fully closed before service begins.

Mobile Detailing

  • Vehicle must be present, unlocked, and accessible.

  • Remove personal items before service.

  • We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

Unsafe or obstructed areas may delay service or result in cancellation.

4. Water & Electricity Use

On-site water and power are required for most services. Additional charges may apply if alternative sourcing is needed.

5. Surface Sensitivity & Limitations

Exterior Cleaning

We are not responsible for:

  • Loose siding, brittle finishes, or rotted materials

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Stains that cannot be safely removed

Mobile Detailing

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing scratches, dents, or paint defects

  • Water intrusion from worn seals

  • Damage from aftermarket accessories

Cleaning may reveal underlying wear or discoloration.

6. Environmental Considerations

  • Biodegradable cleaners are used whenever possible.

  • Clients should pre-water or cover sensitive landscaping.

  • Notify us of any local restrictions or HOA rules.

7. Weather & Scheduling

  • Service dates may shift due to weather or unsafe conditions.

  • Mobile Detailing may be moved to a covered area if available.

  • HOA scheduling windows must be communicated in advance.

8. HOA Compliance

Clients are responsible for confirming HOA rules and obtaining permissions. We are not liable for fines resulting from uncommunicated or changing guidelines.

9. Roof Cleaning Disclaimer

  • Soft washing is low-impact but older or fragile roofing materials may react unpredictably.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear or defective roofing.

  • Multiple treatments may be required; full restoration is not guaranteed.

10. Liability & Indemnification

We are not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Loose trim or accessories

  • Electrical issues from worn seals

  • Improper prior maintenance

Liability is capped at the cost of the service unless otherwise required by law.

11. Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $25 fee.

  • Same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may incur a $50 fee.

12. Consent to Communications

By booking or submitting a quote, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Arrival updates

  • Service notifications

  • Occasional promotional follow-ups

You may opt out at any time.

13. Photo Permission

Client grants Simply Zen permission to photograph the property or vehicle before and after service for documentation and quality assurance. Select images may be used for marketing unless otherwise requested. We do not photograph personal identifiers.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. Re-cleaning or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled under Duval County jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms will be posted with an updated effective date.
