Binding Agreement & Quote Acceptance

By accepting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, forming a binding agreement with Simply Zen Exterior Services. Quote acknowledgment via checkbox, e-signature, or booking confirmation constitutes acceptance.

 

Service & Scope

• Services are performed as outlined using eco-friendly products and calibrated pressure settings.

• Additional services must be requested in writing.

• Soft wash methods are used where appropriate. Results may vary.

• Organic buildup (algae, moss) may need multiple treatments. Full stain removal isn't guaranteed.

 

Client Access & Preparation

• Provide clear access to work zones, water, and electricity.

• Remove furniture, décor, and fragile items before service.

• Children and pets must be kept clear of service zones.

• Unsafe or obstructed areas may delay or cancel service.

 

Water & Electricity Use

On-site water and power are required. Additional charges may apply for alternative sourcing.

 

Surface Sensitivity & Limitations

• Exterior cleaning may reveal wear or discoloration.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as loose siding, rot, or brittle finishes.

• Some stains (rust, artillery fungus) may not be fully removable.

 

Environmental Considerations

• Biodegradable cleaners are used when possible.

• Clients should pre-water and cover sensitive landscaping.

• Please notify us of local restrictions or preferences.

 

Weather & Scheduling

Service dates may shift due to weather. We’ll notify you and reschedule promptly. Inform us of HOA scheduling windows ahead of time.

 

HOA Compliance

• Clients are responsible for confirming HOA rules and permissions before service.

• We are not liable for fines stemming from uncommunicated or evolving HOA guidelines.

• Documentation (receipts, before/after photos) available upon request.

 

Roof Cleaning Disclaimer

• Soft washing is low-impact but older or fragile materials may react unpredictably.

• We are not liable for damage due to wear, poor installation, or defective roofing.

• Multiple treatments may be required; full restoration is not guaranteed.

• Service may be declined if roof poses safety risks. Access must be restricted during service.

 

Liability & Indemnification

• We are not liable for damage from pre-existing conditions or unreported sensitivities.

• Client agrees to indemnify Simply Zen Exterior Services from third-party claims or regulatory disputes.

• Liability is capped at the service cost unless otherwise stated.

• Pre-service inspections are recommended; photos may be taken for documentation.

 

Payment & Cancellation

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Late payments may incur fees. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to fees.

• Either party may terminate the agreement for cause (e.g., breach, safety concerns, non-payment).

 

Consent to Communications

By booking or submitting a quote, you consent to receive service updates, scheduling notices, and promotional follow-ups from Simply Zen. Opt out anytime by contacting us directly.

 

Photo Permission
Client grants Simply Zen permission to photograph the property before and after service for documentation and quality assurance. Select images may be used in marketing materials unless otherwise requested. We never photograph addresses, license plates, or personal identifiers.  

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours. Re-cleaning or partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled under Duval County jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
